Q1: What are the operating hours of the shops and food &
beverage outlets at Changi Airport?
A: In general, the shops and food & beverage outlets operate from
6 a.m. to 12 midnight in Terminal 1 and 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. However,
for your convenience, some of our shops and food & beverage outlets are open 24 hours.

Q1: What are Singapore's Duty-Free Allowances?
A: If you are a bona fide traveler not below 18 years of age, have arrived
from countries other than Malaysia and have spent 48 hours or more outside
Singapore immediately before your arrival, you are granted the following
duty-free concessions for liquors:
- 1 litre spirits (brandy, whisky, gin, rum, vodka, etc)
- 1 litre wine, and
- 1 litre beer, stout, ale or porter.

transit hotel?
A: Yes. You can make a reservation by calling (65) 6542 5538 for
Terminal 1, (65) 6542 8122 for Terminal 2 and (65) 6507 9788 for Terminal 3.
Q2: What are the rates charged at the Transit Hotel?
A: The Transit Hotel charges are for a minimum of 6 hours at $68.27 for a standard single occupancy
and $76.51 for a standard twin occupancy. You may view detailed room rates at the

Q3: Are there any shower facilities?
A: The Transit hotel in Terminal 1, 2 and 3 provides this facility for $8.56 per entry for non-hotel guest which includes the use of basic toiletries.
Q1: How do I process my pre-order shopping online?
A: Simply click "Pre-Order Shopping" and browse through the
items available under each category and follow the simple steps shown
on the site. You can just pick up your purchases when you arrive at
Changi Airport.
Q2: How can I tell if an item is in stock?
A: Items that are out of stock will not be added to your cart. If an
item you have ordered becomes unavailable after you submit your order,
we will notify you and suggest a substitute. You may also choose to
cancel your order.
Q3: Where do I collect the pre-ordered products?
A: Collection depends on the shop you purchased from. If you are arriving
in Singapore, you will pick them up at the shop before you pass through
Immigration. You will be informed when you submit your order.
Q4: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: If you need to cancel a pre-order after you have arranged for its
collection, you can contact the shops directly.
Q5: What happens when I reschedule my flight or forget to pick
up my orders on the specified date?
A: If you have rescheduled your flight, please notify the shop where
the order has been made.
Orders will be cancelled if goods are not collected within 48 hours
after arrival.
