At Changi Airport, we want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase or had changed your mind, simply return your purchase in its original packaging within 30 days and we’ll offer you a full refund or exchange, no question asked.

Refund/exchange is usually done on the spot; however, please allow us up to two weeks to process for cases that require verification. The Changi Airport Shopping Guarantee brochure (with the refund/exchange form enclosed) is available at all customer service counters, shops and selected brochure racks at Changi Airport.

If you have left Changi Airport, return your purchase through registered postal service to the address indicated on the receipt.
