Foot Reflexology First, let your feet soak in our warm crystal mud bath, which has antibacterial qualities and help promote blood circulation. This is extremely helpful for swollen and tired feet. After which your foot reflexology session begins… Foot reflexology involves the lower part of your leg where therapeutic massage is given to your reflex points, calves and knees. A must-do to relax your tired feet, promote blood circulation (necessary in preventing Deep Vein Thrombosis) and even help in the body’s detoxification process. Sessions range from 20 minutes to 1 hour. |
